What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited in respect of Premises known as Ivy Soho Brasserie, 26-28 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 8JB applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the ground floor layout of the premises in accordance with drawing number 5207/501/F. 2. To amend condition 11 under Annex 3 of the current premises licence. Please see application for full details. 3. To add additional conditions to the premises licence. Please see application for full details. The licensed area will remain as existing. All licensable activities, hours and other conditions will remain as existing.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP no later than 5th June 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
