Licensing Act 2003 notice of application for the variation of a premises license

The Hangman hotel and bar ltd, 53 Bankhall Street, Bootle, Liverpool, L20 8JD has applied for a variation of premises license for the following licensable activities: An extension of hours for sale of onsite alcohol from 08:00 - 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Offsite sales of alcohol, including delivery of alcohol to a registered address, outdoor beer garden operational from 08:00 - 22:00 Monday to Sunday. Sale of food onsite until 00:00. You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it at Liverpool. gov.uk/licensing representations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3051 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 18th June 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
