LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
ABDULLAH KARAKOSE has applied for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE for 45 HARDMAN STREET, LIVERPOOL, L1 9AS for the following :- 1. To provide for the sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises on Monday to Sunday from 07.00 to 23.00. 2. To provide Regulated Entertainment as described in the application on Monday to Sunday from 07.00 to 23.00. A record of the application can be viewed by appointment, ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment, or, view on line at Liverpool. gov.uk/LAR.
Any party wishing to make a representation must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council by email at LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk or post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the 12th day of June 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
