Chester Road - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Frederic Robinson Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Davenport Arms at 550 Chester Road, Woodford, Stockport, Cheshire, SK7 1PS. The application includes the following terms:
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To amend children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th June 2025 (www.stockport.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
