LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

BAMBOOLARKLANE LTD have applied for the VARIATION of a PREMISES LICENCE of a PREMISES LICENCE for BAMBOO BRUNCH AND COCKTAILS, 91 LARK LANE, LIVERPOOL, L17 8UP for the following :- To amend the hours for the sale of alcohol ON and OFF THE PREMISES ON Sunday to Thursday from 09.00 to 00.00 and Friday and Saturday from 09.00 to 01.00 hours.

Any party wishing to make a representation must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council by email at LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk or post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 10th day of June 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
