Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Applicant: Mr Skender Lata. Premises: O & J Coffee And Deli, 411 Durham Road, Gateshead, NE9 5AN. Notice is hereby given that Mr Skender Lata has applied on the 14th May 2025 to Gateshead Council for a New Premises Licence Application under the Licensing Act 2003. The application sought is to deal with (1) the sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) Mon to Sun 08.00 to 20.00 and (2) the opening hours of the premises 08.00 to 20.00 daily. Conditions will apply.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH.

Representations must be received no later than 11th June 2025. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.gateshead.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
