Licensable activities applied for: The Sale of Alcohol by Retail (Off Sales): Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00.
Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 10/06/2025, being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000.
