PREMISES LICENCE
I , Mr Jonathan Smith T/A Penkridge Open Air Ltd have applied to South Staffordshire Council for a time limited premises licence for: Penkridge Sports and Recreation
Field, Pinfold Lane, Stafford, ST19 5QP
so that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
Sale of Alcohol, Recorded Music, Live Music,
Friday August 22nd 2025, 4pm - 11pm,
Saturday 23rd August 2025, 2pm till 11pm,
Sunday 24th August 2025 2pm - 11pm.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 10th June 2025
Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and
disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.
Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the
Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
