What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Give Us This Day Trading as Lettice Events LLP to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Merton (www.merton.gov.uk) for a Premises Licence for the Unit 11, College Fields Business Park, Prince George's Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 2PT.

The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable the sale of alcohol (off sales) between 09:00 and 16:00 Mondays to Sundays.

Representations should be made in writing by 29 May 2025 to Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so, by appointment, at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
