What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Mr Akbar Bagheri Have Applied to: Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet for a New Premises Licence for: 1019 Finchley Road, London NW11 7ES.

Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (11:00-23:00). Late Night Refreshment: Mon-Sun (23:00-00:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 29th May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW OR email: licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.barnet.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
