What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that 553 The Cauliflower Public House Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Redbridge Council for a new premises licence for the Cauliflower Public House, 553 High Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 1TZ to permit:

  1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 12.00 to 00.00 the following day Sunday to Wednesday and from 12.00 to 04.00 the following day Thursday to Saturday;

  2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 03.00 the following day Sunday to Wednesday and from 23.00 to 04.00 the following day Thursday to Saturday;

  3. The performance of live music, recorded music and the performance of dance from 23.00 to 03.00 the following day Sunday to Wednesday & from 23.00 to 04.00 the following day Thursday to Saturday; and

  4. Non standard timings as per the application form.

Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority at the above address by 29th May 2025 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
