Chapel Street - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th May 2025 Asda Stores Limited applied to Salford City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda 106-108 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5DW.
The proposed variation is ;-
1. To extend the hours for alcohol and opening to 06.00 to 03.00 from 1st January to 30th November inclusive.
2. To add a condition to the licence that requires that alcohol sales between midnight and 03.00 in the period 1st January to 30th November inclusive are to be permitted by way of delivery only.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 4AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications no later than 5th June 2025 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Salford City Council the record of the application may be inspected by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
