What is proposed?

Public Notice of an Application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for a premises licence variation under the above Act on 12th May 2025 and will commence consultation on the 13th May 2025.

Applicant: M & M Family 10 Limited.

Address of Premises: Premier Marsh Hill, 61 Marsh Hill, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 7DS.

Proposed variation to the licensable activities: Additional hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Add the licensing activity of late night refreshment (LNR); Update premises licence scale plan; Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Everyday - Alcohol off sales - 06.00 Until 24.00 Hours; LNR – 23.00 Until 24.00 Hours.

Any person wishing to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by Email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or by post to the above detailed address.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 9th June 2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
