LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Details of the application are as follows: AFC Portchester Holdings, The Onsite Group Stadium, Wicor Recreation Ground, Cranleigh Road, Portchester.

Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises: New Premises Licence application covering alcohol sales, live and recorded music and performance of dance. Monday to Friday 0900-2300.

A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is: 6 June 2025

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
