Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence

I, Amirthalingam Sutharshan, hereby make application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of - 4 Manners Corner, Manners Way, Southend-On-Sea SS2 6QR. The variation which is being proposed is- Extending the hours for sale of alcohol Mon - Sun - 07:00 to 23:00; Removing seasonal variation hours; Change in floor layout.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 03/06/2025.

Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
