An application has been made for the grant/variation of a premises licence/club premises certificate to allow the following licensable activities to take place: -

Sale of alcohol on the premises/ Sale of alcohol off the premises/ Supply of alcohol to club members/ Provision of regulated entertainment Live and recorded music/Provision of late-night refreshment

Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 10th June 2025 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
