APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Gulam Haider Mohamed Bhai Maknojiyo have applied to Newham Council to vary the premises licence for: Sri Supermarket, 522 Romford Road, Forest Gate, London E7 8AF in order to vary the conditions on the licence as per application to replace all existing conditions.

Newham Council’s licensing register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RP (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to licensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or via our website https://www.newham.gov.uk/Pages/Services/Premises-alcohol-and-entertainment-licence.aspx by no later than the 27th May 2025. Any person, Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representation in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be based upon the licensing objectives of prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: it is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
