PUBLIC NOTICE

Licensing Act 2003

We, Pier Luigi’s Restaurant Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Bromley for a new Premises Licence at Pierluigi’s Pasta Fresca, 86-90 High Street, Beckenham, BR3 1ED to:

  1. Allow for the sale or supply of alcohol Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 00:00 and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 to 00:30;

  2. Allow for recorded music Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 00:00 and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 to 01:00;

  3. Allow for Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 00:30 and Friday to Saturday from 23:00 to 01:00;

  4. For the premises to be open to members of the public Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 00:30 and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 to 01:30;

  5. Allow non-standard timings as applied for.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, and may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than 29th May 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours; or on the Council’s website: www.bromley.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
