What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Birmingham CC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, Unit FU4, The Fort Shopping Centre, 20 Fort Parkway, Birmingham B24 9FP to provide for late night refreshment on and off daily until 4am. 

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Licensing Service, Birmingham CC, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ by appointment with the Licensing Team Mon-Fri 1000-1600 or at https://www.birmingham. gov.uk/ or by email to licensingonline@birmingham.gov.uk Tel; 0121 303 9896. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the above address giving in detail the grounds of objection by 3 June 2025. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
