What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited
has applied in respect of the Weathercock Station Road
Woburn Sands Milton Keynes MK17 8SH for a variation
to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to
allow for: To change the layout and design of the premises
in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 07.
The main changes include the addition of a covered pergola
and an external bar servery to existing outbuilding.
To permit the sale of alcohol as follows: Monday to
Thursday: 10.00 hours until 23.30 hours (currently
permitted from 11.00 hours to 23.30 hours) Friday and
Saturday: 10.00 until 01.00 hours (currently permitted from
11.00 hours to 00.00 hours) Sunday: 10.00 hours until 23.00
hours (currently permitted from 12.00 hours to 23.00 hours)

To permit the sale of alcohol and record music for non-
standard timings as follows: Christmas Eve. Christmas

Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good
Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday & Monday and all
other bank holiday weekend from 10.00 until 01.00 when
they fall Sunday to Thursday, and from 10.00 hours until
02.00 hours when they fall Friday and Saturday.
To permit late night refreshment: Friday and Saturday:
23.00 hours until 01.00 hours (currently permitted from
23.00 hours to 00.00 hours) Christmas Eve. Christmas Day,
Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good
Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday & Monday and all
other bank holiday weekend from 23.00 until 01.00 when
they fall Sunday to Thursday, and from 23.00 hours until
02.00 hours when they fall Friday and Saturday. To allow
the premises to open for an additional 30 minutes following
the cessation of licensable activity. All other hours and
activities to remain unaltered. To add a number of
conditions to address the licensing objectives. Please refer

2025, to the Central Bedfordshire Council Licensing
