NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION* OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE*

TAKE NOTICE that I/we Scott Carroll have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as YANG, 19-20 Horton Street, Halifax, HX1 1PU FOR THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES (Tuesdays 17:00-22:00 Wednesday to Saturdays 12:00– 22:00 and Sundays 12:00 – 21:00).
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at

www.calderdale.gov.uk


Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 6th June 2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
