Eliza Clark Ltd hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to High Peak Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Moor and Dale Distillers, Unit 12E Brough Business Centre, Brough, Bradwell, Hope Valley, S33 9HG.
Licensable activities applied for:-
Sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises):- Everyday 08:00 – 20:00.
The opening times applied for:- Everyday 08:00 – 18:00.
A Register is held at High Peak Borough Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected (by appointment) at the offices of High Peak Borough Council, Buxton Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL between the hours of 10.00 a.m. And 13.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed at:-

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to High Peak Borough Council Licensing Team by 04 June 2025.
