What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Britvic Soft Drinks Limited
to the Licensing Authority of Rugby Borough Council for
a Premises Licence for the Staff Shop (Carlsberg Britvic) -
Rugby at Aventine Way, Glebe Farm Industrial Estate,
Rugby, CV21 1HA.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. To permit
retail sale of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Friday 06:00 to
20:00. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority at Rugby Borough
Council, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, Warwickshire,
CV21 2RR. A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 29th May 2025

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
