What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 –
Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Mitko Minchev has applied to West Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as: ES GUD, 33 Princes Walk, Northampton, NN1 2EL.
The application is to permit the supply of alcohol during the following hours:
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00
Sunday: 10:30 to 16:30
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to:

Representations must be received no later than 01 June 2025.
A record of the application can be inspected at the council offices during normal opening hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
