Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited have applied to Harborough District Council on 07th May 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse (formerly The Foxpond), Glen Rise, Oadby, LE2 4RG.
The application is to vary: The licensing layout plan for conversion of the existing trade area into a Hickory’s Smokehouse. To add the exhibition of films - Monday to Sunday (inclusive) 07:00 to 00:00. To amend Annex 2 - condition 12 to: Children under the age of 16 will be required to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times, unless within the designated children’s zones.
For full and further details please refer to the application and proposed plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 04th June 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Licensing Team, Harborough District Council, Council Offices, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG or by email to licensing@harborough.gov.uk
The application register may be inspected at the offices of Harborough District Council, Council Offices, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7AG or online at www.harborough.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
