NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES
LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to
Buckinghamshire Council on 7th May 2025 for the
grant of a premises licence to use the premises at
Homesense, Unit 3A, Broadfields Retail Park,
Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8BU for
the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Friday
09:00-20:00, Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday
11:00-17:00, plus non-standard timings as more
particularly set out in the application.
Full details of this application and the proposed
activities may be viewed during normal office hours
at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council,
Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or at the
Buckinghamshire Council website.
If you wish to make a representation in respect of
this application, you must e-mail
buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing
Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway,
Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire,
HP19 8FF to be received by no later than 4th June
2025 stating the grounds for making said
representation.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
