NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
DGB Pubs Wirral Ltd has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for Pogue Mahone, 77 Seel Street, Liverpool, L1 4BB for the following licensable activities: To extend the terminal hour for the Sale of Alcohol: Thursday 10.00 to 02.00; Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 03.30. You can view a record of the application, and make a representation on it, via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a callack for an appointment to view the application.
Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the 5th June 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
