What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM FOR A LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Applicant(s) name and address: The Carpenters Arms Pub Company Limited Has applied to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the variation of a premises licence at: The Carpenter’s Arms, Carpenter’s Arms, 89 - 91 Black Lion Lane, London, W6 9BG

Details of variation sought: To vary the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol and opening times to the following:- Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 23:00. Condition 7 to be replaced with the following condition: “7. On New Year’s Eve, opening hours and licensable activities will be permitted from the end of the permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of the permitted hours on the following day.” and on such other terms and hours as set out in the application.

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing TO BE RECEIVED BY 04/06/2025.

A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/ licensing or by request (020 8753 1081). Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
