LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th April 2025 Valiant Asset Company 2 Limited applied to Wiltshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Boathouse, Widbrook, Bradford On Avon, BA15 1UD. The proposed variation is ;-

1. To extend the start time for opening hours Monday to Sunday to 08:00 and start time for licensable activities Monday to Sunday to 09:00.

1. To add new conditions onto the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received by email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk  or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN no later than 28th May 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine to which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
