What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Paul Anthony Stone has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for Spar, Unit F1, City Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester, M1 4BD as follows: To extend the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol until 04:00 daily (currently 08:00 to 02:00). To amend Condition 1 of Annex 2 and Condition 13 of Annex 3 in line with the proposed extension of hours above. To implement the Challenge 25 Policy at the premises. To vary the layout in accordance with the plan lodged with the application. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@ manchester.gov.uk. 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 3 June 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
