What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Turtle Bay Hospitality Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a full variation for Turtle Bay Restaurant & Bar, Ground Floor, 46-50 Oldham Street M4 1LE as follows: To extend the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol and provision of recorded music until 03:00 on Friday and Saturday. To extend the opening hours and hours permitted for late-night refreshment until 03:30 on Friday and Saturday. 

There are to be no other changes to the licence. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 3rd June 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
