Notice of application for a Premises Licence under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th May 2025, Social Cellar Limited applied to Medway Council for a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Woodland Tavern, 99 Canterbury Street, Gillingham, ME7 5TS.

The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1.The supply of alcohol on Monday to Thursday 10.00 to 23.00, Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 00.30, Sunday 10.00 to 22.30.

2. Live Music and Dancing, Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 00.00.

3. Recorded Music, Sunday to Thursday 12.00 to 23.00, Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 00.30.

4. Late Night Refreshment, Friday & Saturday 23.00 to 00.30.

Please note – this application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Medway Council, Licensing Authority, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham,ME4 4TR no later than the 3rd June 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Medway Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal business hours.
