Application for a Premises Licence to be granted Park/field area behind RMG Community Centre Unity Place, Buckshaw Village, PR7 7HZ
TAKE NOTICE, Tracy King, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows: BVFEST a family, fun festival to celebrate Buckshaw Sunday 29th June 11.00 till 19.00.
Amplified Live music from a temporary stage on the field from 11.00 till 19.00
Sale of Alcohol from 11.00 till 19.00

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 29th May 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
