TAKE NOTICE, ADLINGTON &DISTRICT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, has made an application, pursuant to Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003, to vary the premises licence in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the proposed variation is as follows:
Boxing or Wrestling entertainment on Fridays 09.00hrs – 0.30hrs

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 28.05.2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
