Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that T J Stafford Limited has applied
to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of the premises known as Bake situated at Unit
A2 Mustard Wharf, Canal Side, Leeds, LS1 4EY. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The
Sale of Alcohol (on and off sales) Sunday to Thursday
10:00 until 23:00 and Friday to Saturday 10:00 until 01:00
the following day. 2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and
outdoors) Friday to Saturday 23:00 until 01:00 the
following day. Opening Hours of the premises: Sunday to
Thursday 08:00 until 23:00 and Friday to Saturday 08:00
until 01:00 the following day. Full details of the application
can be viewed upon request. Any representations about
this application must be made in writing by 3rd June 2025
and sent to the Licensing Service, Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or via email
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk.
The record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
