What is proposed?

Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003 

Demipower Limited applied to Birmingham City Council on 9 May 2025 for a variation of a premises licence at KFC, Unit 5 Battery Retail Park, Selly Oak B29 6SJ.

If granted the application will allow a change of hours of the provision of late night refreshment to allow the provision of late night refreshment Monday - Sunday - 23:00 - 05:00 (Indoor/Outdoor).

Representations should be made in writing by 6 June 2025 preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. 

Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
