What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that We have an application under section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a premises Licence by Filmon Ghebrehiwet for the Premises known as Merkeb Café, 32 Soho Hill, Birmingham, B19 1AA.

We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:

Late night Refreshment and Sale of Alcohol on the premises: Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:00

Interested parties or responsible authorities may make written representation to: General Licensing, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ / licensing@birmingham.gov. uk, by 3 June 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
