What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that CCP Hospitality Limited in respect of Premises known as Corretto Café situated at Unit H3 Hawley Lock, 3 Water Lane, London, NW1 8NZ, applied to the London Borough of Camden for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to amend condition 15 which reads: The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall be ancillary to a meal.  To be amend to: The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall be ancillary to a meal from 19:00 until close. No other changes are sought. 

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 28th May 2025 and sent to The Licensing Service, Camden Council, 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG or by email to licensing@camden.gov.uk   

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website (www.camden.gov.uk). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
