Notice is given that an application has been made to The City of Westminster for a New Premises Licence in respect of Domio Home Interiors Limited at 70 Brompton Road, London SW3 1ER. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to City of Westminster within 28 days from the date of this notice – by 29th May 2025. The licensing register and details of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at Westminster City Council’s offices or on its web-site: https://www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing
Details of the Application: This application is simply for a shadow licence on exactly the same terms and subject to the same conditions as the existing licence for this premises: Late Night Refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 Friday & Saturday: 23:00 to 00:00. Sale of Alcohol on and off the Premises Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 23:30 Friday & Saturday 09:00 to 00:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 22:30. Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 23:00 hours, Friday & Saturday 08:00 to 00:00, Sunday 08:00 to 22:30 hours. There will be no change at the premises as a result of this application – shadow licence application by the freeholder only.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
