NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BXS Limited Partnership has applied to London Borough of Barnet on 29 April 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Claremont Park, Claremont Way, London NW2 1AJ for the provision of Plays, Films, Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything of a Similar Description and Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 18:00, for no more than 3 events annually, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW or by email to licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk to be received by no later than 27 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.barnet.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
