What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Swale Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Colleague Shop, Aldi Regional Distribution Centre, Thomsett Way, Queenborough, Isle of Sheppey, ME11 5AR.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00.

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at The Licensing Department, Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT any time up to and including 5th June 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
