The premises is a café with an indoor bar and a garden seating area. Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours: Sale of Alcohol (On and off the premises): Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 22:00 Date to make representations by: 5 June 2025

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
