Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

Charlesberg Hospitality Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for The Morris, 57 Thomas Street, Manchester M4 1NA as follows: 

To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans deposited with this application. To amend Conditions 1, 2 and 3 of Annex 3 to stipulate that a Challenge 25 Policy is adopted at the premises. There are to be no further changes to the premises licence. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 28 May 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
