What is proposed?

LICENCING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Janine Sharpe of: Lapis Lounge, 139B Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire, NG9 7AS has applied to Broxtowe Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the above premises.

The Licensable activities proposed are as follows:

Provision of Recorded Music:
Sunday to Thursday - 09.00 to 22.00
Friday and Saturday - 09.00 to 23.00

Supply of Alcohol:
Monday to Saturday - 09.00 to 23.00
Sunday - 09.00 to 22.00

The Licensing register and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licencing Authority at Licensing Section, Broxtowe Borough Council, Council Offices, Foster Ave, Beeston, NG9 1AB (www.broxtowe.gov.uk) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Interested parties or reasonable authorities can make Representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 26th May 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary is unlimited.
