Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Langley Annexe Limited has applied to the London Borough of Bromley on 28/04/2025 to vary the premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as LA Sports Club, St Dunstan’s Lane, Beckenham BR3 3SS.
The proposed variation is to amend the Premises Licence Conditions & Vary the Permitted Licensable Activity of The Retail Sale of Alcohol Mon. — Thu. 11.00 to 20.00, Fri. — Sat. 11.00 to 23.00 & Sun. 11.00 to 21.00. With additional hours on days before Bank Holidays (see application for details).
The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ or inspected at their offices at Bromley Civic Centre, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS by appointment. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds for the objection.
Representations must be received no later than 26/05/2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.
