Notice of Application for the Transfer of a Licence

TAKE NOTICE that Short.Visits Ltd the registered office of which is at Unit 7, Elagh Business Park, Buncrana Road, Derry, Northern Ireland, BT48 8QH intend at the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Laganside Courts, 45 Oxford Street, Belfast on 3rd June 2025 to apply for the transfer to it of a Licence at present held by Camlin Trading Limited the registered office of which is at 1 Castlewood, Templepatrick, Ballyclare, Northern Ireland, BT39 0GA for the premises situate at 25-27 Springfield Road, Belfast, County Antrim BT12 7AB being premises of the kind specified in Article 5(1)(a) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises in which the business carried on under the Licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.



Short.Visits Ltd is the owner of the business to be carried on under the Licence of which the following persons are directors:

Liam McGilloway

Laurence McDaid

John Malachy McDaid

Mark Brendan Doherty

The owner of the premises is Short.Visits Ltd Limited whose registered office is Unit 7, Elagh Business Park, Buncrana Road, Derry, Northern Ireland, BT48 8QH

The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the Application.
