OFFICIAL NOTICE: LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

I/We Chicos flame grilled chicken Ltd have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL to vary the premises licence for: 349-351 Barking Road, London E6 1LA.

So as the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Provision of late night refreshment 11pm to 5am Mon-Sun. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, London E6 2RP (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or via our website https://www.newham.gov.uk/Pages/Services/Premises-alcohol-and-entertainment-licence.aspx, no later than the: 27th May 2025 Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be based upon the Licensing Objectives; the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.
