What is proposed?

PRESS NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

We Lovat Parks Ltd. give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Parbola Holiday Park, Shaftdowns Lane, Wall, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 5LE.

The application is to: Include Parbola Bar on licence -retail sale of alcohol -Monday to Sunday12.00 to 22.00.

Additional conditions to be added to licence, amend plan. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 26 May 2025.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.comwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01726 223433.
