Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water - West Park Whittlebury LLP has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from an inland water consisting of a reservoir on a tributary of the Silverstone Brook at Whittlebury, Northamptonshire at National Grid Reference SP 68540 43150.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
• 32 cubic metres an hour • 255 cubic metres a day
• 18,500 cubic metres a year • between 01 April and 31 October inclusive in each year.
The water is intended to be used for the purpose of spray irrigation.
