To whom it may concern: We Regalo Ltd do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Ground Floor, Unit 1 Whitty Court, Weycroft Avenue, Millwey Industrial Estate, Axminster, Devon, EX13 5HU and known as Ground Floor, Unit 1, Whitty Court

The application is to: - (5) The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 24 hours - The premises will not be open to members of the public. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 29th May 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
